The dogs roaming around during breakfast is a charm I absolutely did not expect, how delightful! Our noisy room by the kitchen was a real treat too, waking me before sunrise. It’s quite perplexing how I wasn’t offered any complimentary upgrade or extra perk for all this inconvenience. I just couldn't bring myself to leave a positive review.

The location was close enough for easy access to restaurants, making it super convenient.
We experienced a lack of hot water during one of our showers without any prior notice from the staff.

A proper toilet door would have been nice, but I guess sharing with nature has its perks, right? Also, I had an ant party in my room, and I wasn't even invited!

We loved the spacious room with a cozy living area, complete with a kitchen sink, utensils, and a coffee maker. The breakfast was fresh and varied. We enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff about local activities during our stay with our two teenagers.
My kids wished for a more thorough check on the linens.

I had a fantastic time with the ladies who helped me arrange visits to Monteverde Park and even took care of my laundry! The peaceful pool area was perfect for unwinding, and I loved the rocking chairs on the patio for watching sunsets. Just a minor note, the room layout could be a bit quirky with its seating options, but overall, it was a great experience! 🌄

Some areas could use a touch-up, like the linens being checked more thoroughly.

Cozy vibes and great food
We loved our stay! The room was super comfy, and the beds felt like clouds. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit. Plus, hanging out with Croquetta the dog was a sweet bonus. A minor hiccup was the wifi, which wasn’t super reliable in our area. The outdoor dining area was a lovely touch!

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us explore off-the-beaten-path spots. Breakfast was a highlight with homemade dishes and breathtaking views of the mountains. We enjoyed the garden view from our room, which added a touch of serenity to our stay.

The Quadruple Room was super spacious, with a comfy bed and a living area that had a coffee maker and fridge. Loved having all the utensils for a light meal. Room was clean, but some items could be maintained better. Parking was super convenient being right in front. Nice view from our space too!
